My journey in Organization Development began with a Master’s degree in Social Psychology in 2009. Since then, applying behavioral science to unlock organizational potential has become both my profession and my passion.
I believe meaningful organizational change begins with individuals — with how we think, lead, communicate, collaborate and make sense of the world around us. My work brings together psychology, behavioral science, coaching, facilitation and organization development to help leaders and organizations move from insight to action.
